my email provder has ceased, but i forgot to change it in firefox before it ceased
My firefox account and synch data is under an account name and with an email address that has been terminated by the provider.
I cannot get into my account to change the email, nor can I seem to get to any link to email firefox/mozilla to ask them to do it for me.
Help!

To my knowledge, there is no way to forward or retrieve emails from a defunct service provider. It is a good idea to choose a reputable email provider in the future. Google(Gmail.com) and Microsoft(Outlook.com) are both decent choices.
Go to your user profile for all website and change the e-mail.
However, if you are talking about sync;
Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.
