Alternatiff activex was working now it says I need to install it, when I do it says is installed, when try to use says not installed.

On one page I was on it says program not compatible. But I have used alternatiff several times with no problem. Have contacted Norton they say not norton problem. This is also happening on laptop.

You need to update the following. The Plugin version(s) shown below was/were submitted with your question and is/are out of date.
