Hi prasadfirefox,

I don't think this is necessarily a Firefox issue. I would consult the Facebook help documentation for more information on the issue.

From the message you've posted above, I'm assuming they just want you to log in on your home computer to verify it is you based on the ip address.

Hi Dear Matt, Thanks for your kind response. As a matter of fact I am reconfirming to the Face Book that I am using from my own laptop, I am the genuine person indeed, still they ask me to upload civil id/passport etc to prove my identity which I don't want unnecessarily make it public so that nobody else may misuse it. Your further help will be highly appreciable. I am working and staying in Kuwait. I miss my family and friends away.God bless you.
