My CRM (customer relationship management) system has its own email storage that matches up customers with emails. I need to forward email from Thunderbird to the CRM software. Is there a way to do this automatically or do I need to enter the CRM email address in the bcc field of every message?

Chosen solution

There is a field in Account Settings to always BCC an address. It think it is under Folders and Copies.
