Can't get my century link e-mail. Get message that says "Infinite Browser Rediriedts" and asks me to " clear browser cookies" How do I do that???

Not sure how I can be more specific. I get to the century link home page nicely but when I click on e-mail it does not appear, rather an error message; "infinite Browser Rejects" comes up and asks me to "clear your browser cookies and try again" It then references certain Preferences settings to change, but I don't see where these settings can be changed???

To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.
