Am I crazy or blind? Where do we click to Register a Support Acct.?
After a half hour (today) of looking FOR then UP for this answer, I find that ASKING this (odd by definition) question, I am, in fact, registering a MOZILLA SUPPORT account. PLEASE - RE-DO this process. It seems like something thought up in the Very Early Dayze of Mozilla, but now - it just adds more confusion to the very process of removing confusion. Also, it is NOT POSSIBLE to use a registered Firefox Add-on account for this support department. Suggestion !? - Follow the simplifying process used by The "G" and the "M" by providing ONE LOGIN NAME for Everything Mozilla. Not only would it simply things on this end, it would also give you ONE PLACE to reach each of your "Registered Loyal" users.
OKAY, by providing a QUESTION - AND - an ANSWER I hope I have fulfilled your requirements - to now JOIN the MOZ CLUB! Thanx, DRiX (name already taken, so it's not the final one I created.) :-(

Looks like you're all registered.
Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it. The support-site on-boarding process could definitely use some improvements.
Just btw, most Mozilla sites can be signed into using a single "Persona" account. The support site is not one of them, currently. This may change in the future.
Thanks again!

The only forum you can share the separate addons.mozilla.org account with is at forums.mozilla.org
One reason for the need to create a new thread is so new people here do not try to ask for support in a existing thread. The problem with using an existing thread is the OP may not have solved issue yet (will be a hijack) and the issues may not actually be the same so it can confuse things, more so if hijack.
Another is because it introduces you to the Knowledge Base support.mozilla.org/kb which could answer any question(s) you may have.
