How to display original internet site icons and remove firefox logo

Thanks for addressing this issue! I would like to have the "original shortcut icons for internet sites" which were all replaced by a generic firefox icon. Please advise how I can change the appearance of my desktop icons back to original display. Thanks

Firefox Icons have replaced all my original internet icons on my desktop. I want to restore Internet icons and get rid of Firefox Icons. This only happened to internet icons. Program icons, i.e. Word maintained original icons as shortcuts
