Can't open certain videos
I click on the link to the web site. The site opens but I don't get the video that is there. I can get the video using Internet Explorer - I just prefer Firefox.

Your plugins list shows the Flash Player, so Flash should work.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
