can i make emails in inbox unable to be deleted

Hi is there anyway i can prevent emails in inbox being accidentally deleted in the same way i can tag them etc. I know i can move to folders but may then forget them and thus miss e.g. bill payments

the only way I know is to instsall the prevent delete addon
