Okay, I went to your HELP article about installing Private Network and tried to follow the instructions, but the button allowing me to down-lode didn't appear, as indicated in the article. Finally, I started a new account, with a free trial and a $2.99/monthly fee for 3x installations. As I already have an account, and I'm only aware of 1x installation on that - the old Windows 10 computer that can't be upgraded to W11. I don't know how to access information about these accounts...to see if I have used more than 1 installation on my first account, for example. Can someone help me with all of this? Thanks.
