hello, i am currently using FFver12 but having constant problems with character encodings on click-buttons and cut and paste with non-english vowels and curly quotes, etc.

is there an add on for FF12 which will display webpage clickbuttons (functions-- not urls) properly --i can see the title of these clicklinks in the status bar but not on the webpage.

is there an add on which will cut and paste webpage text which has accents and umlats and curly quotes, etc (non-ascii characters) into a text processor or MS write.exe or one note or wordpad, etc.

i don't need or wants the accents, umlats, or curly quotes, rather the just the basic ASCII english alphabet and typewrite characters they are built on.

don't want to upgrade FF because too many essential add-ons become unusable/uninstallable

sorry, my "question" above was badly thought out, and asks 3 different questions.

please ignore all matters, except where to find an index of the "setup files" or stubs for older version of FF.

the releases folder links to .bz2 files which resolve to .tar files i am not able to install these in a WinXP OS.

would like to find normal .exe install program for older FF releases.
