Banks are ANZ in Australia and Natwest in UK. Different log in details. For ANZ I type in account then password. The fields clear and if I am slow th last part of password will appear in account. Account is above password and is entered first. Natwest login is different, but same thing happens. I have cleared cookies and cache.

Hey there mwwatkins.

Just a few little things first, sounds to me like the websites are refreshing before you can finish entering your details. First thing I would check if anything suspisious was happaning on an internet banking website would be to make sure that it is the correct website and that it is secure. This can be done by seeing if there is a small green padlock at the top right of the window next to the websites adress, ensure that it is there and the name of the company that applied for the security is the same as the one you are attempting to access such as natwest banks PLC.

If it is all secure and correct then I would look at updating flash as many banks now use this plug-in to enhance user experence, if this is the cause of your problem then it has failed to do this.

Let me know if this has solved your issue but I would advise contacting your bank, they have good representatives who are experts in dealing with log-in issues and I would hate for you to have issues with such an important log in.
