I click on web page link that goes to PDF file on a site I manage. Instead of going to PDF on my site, it goes to file on my computer rather that PDF page on website.

Okay, but if you right-click the link and Copy Link Location, then paste it into a reply, does it look like #1 or like #2:

(1) http://mywebsite/myfile.pdf

(2) file://C|/somepath/myfile.pdf

The second one will only work on your computer, so if you have that on your site, you'll need to edit it by hand to point to the correct location on your server.

If the link is correct, how do you have Firefox set to handle PDFs? What if you instruct it to use the built-in viewer? Please see: View PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer. Note: Firefox will download PDFs to the Windows TEMP folder in the case of some viewers.

I will follow your instructions the next time it happens.
