I found that after 3.6.11 and 3.6.12 installed, I found that most of the file I downloaded via internet ( Not all, just 90% of them) will have a 0kb bit file of same name, but in PART extention file leave with my downloaded file. It is quite unpleasant, could you please tell me how to fix it?

The file with the .part file extension should only be in the download location during the download. Once the download has finished the .part file should be copied to the 0 byte file without .part and replace that file. If you keep the .part file then you may have security software that locks the file and Firefox can't perform this last step in that case.

You can try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.
