Delete the incorrect username thru the Password manager and then save the correct username & password.

Or install the Saved Password Editor extension which allows you to edit existing passwords and add new ones manually.

It is NOT the password or my profile that I want to edit. It is the list of USERNAMEs that appear when I click in the Email Login dialog box. It appears that FireFox is saving anything that is entered in that field... including mistakes. I want to cleanup those USERNAMES!

You can't edit saved form data.

You can highlight an entry in the drop down list and press the Delete key to remove it.
Firefox will remember new form data when entered.
