If the internet connection properties changes for some reason, firefox cannot connect any more until restart.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect to the internet with some IP 2. Open firefox and open some page 3. Change your IP/ disconnect WiFi and connect to LAN 4. Try to access some page and firefox cannot connect any more.

Think there is an open bug on this...

Instead of restarting Firefox, if you toggle work offline on and then off again it should connect
