Jscher2000 Reply: One other thought: check your preference for how to handle PDF files to see whether it has changed. By default, Firefox will use its built-in viewer, but since it isn't as full-featured as Adobe's viewer, many users will switch back to Acrobat. In case your preference is set to Save rather than view in either of those, check this article for steps to change this setting: How to disable the built-in PDF viewer and use another viewer (but you can change it to whatever you like).

Questions: Where do I find the "How to disable the built-in PDF..." article referred to clicked on blue and didn't link to anything. Also will this make so the print will just view so can print it. I don't want it to go to download. How do I check my preferences to see if set up as save? Thank you.

I suggest staying in the same thread to avoid confusion.
