public suffix list
I want to install the wildcard ssl-certificate for domain *.mosreg.ru. But Certification Authorities can not issue it, because the domain is in the public suffix list. Teel me, please, why the domain is in this list? And what can I do to remove it from there?

hello, you cannot remove this suffix from that list unless you get the administrator of the .ru TLD to say otherwise: http://www.cctld.ru/ru/docs/aktiv_8.php
CCTLD replied that on September 30, 2009 the CCTLD decided to cancel some special types of second-level domains, including domains such as GEOGRAPHICAL.(see http://cctld.ru/ru/domains/domens_ru/domaintypes/ ) The specified List of the reserved domain names worked till 30.09.2009. Currently mosreg.ru is common domain. I need to remove his from public suffix list . How Can I Do That?
