Sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up Firefox Sync on your new phone.

A new version of Firefox Sync was recently released, and so we need some extra information to help you solve this problem.

Do you still have your old phone? If so, could you please open Firefox on your old phone, press the menu button, press Settings, and then press Sync. This should show you a list of all the accounts you have set up on your phone - and Firefox Sync should in there somewhere.

Could you please let us know whether it says "Firefox Sync" or "Firefox Sync (deprecated)"? This will really help us answer your question.

It doesn't tell me if it's the most recent or the older version of sync but I did update to the newest version of Firefox just now to be safe. After updating it told me when I went to sync that I had auto syncing turned off on my phone itself, I turned that on and manually synced both new and old phones but still no bookmarks, could it be I just need a to wait a little while?

And I guess it should be worth noting also that I've made a few bookmarks on my new phone and those have synced back to the old phone but none the other way around

I was signed in to my sync on my old phone. This finally fixed itself after I removed my Firefox account from the list of accounts on my phone and signed back into sync
