Hi, try this: Delete all references to AOL, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site again.

Scribe, nope! that did not help. in the beginning when i first reported this to AOL they told me up front they had a problem and they were working on correcting it; now when i report the problem to them, they tell me i have a problem; they tell me to change browsers; they tell me to delete history; they've told me to do everything except reinstall my opertating system which i wont do, i have did everything else they have suggested me to do, but i am done, they have the problem not me.

okay anyone who has this problem with AOL email. after about 30 contacts with AOL, they finally admitted that it was and is their problem although they didnt exactly tell me what the problem is; i figure they got hacked and they cant fix it............anyway, they gave me a link to a BETA version of their new email and it works fine as it should......here's the link if anyone is needing it!

and you just log in using your current user id and password and it works fine without any errors.
