Does your system have a touch screen? Windows 8/8.1 users occasionally have reported issues where some features you would expect could be accessed by mouse only worked by touch. I don't know whether it affects Windows 10 systems.

I didn't see any dropdown menus, just links. Did you try any?

Hyperlinks to other pages work. The problem is just the "hover" type of links that are supposed to display multiple drop down choices to go to other pages within the website. Specifically the "My Profile" link on the top of the Humana page (after logging in), is a "hover" type of link.

In IE the "My Profile" link displays several drop down options to choose from. However, in Firefox no choices are displayed and the "My Profile" link does absolutely nothing.

I also downloaded Chrome and tested the same site, and it does NOT work with Chrome either. This "hover" type of link only works with Edge. When I click on "Page Info" up in the Firefox menu bar, I notice this is listed in the General Options "X-UA-Compatible IE=edge" I am uploading a screen shot of the "hover" link. Any more suggestions?

Ahh. I am not a member, so I don't have that option.

Poke around safe websites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

Nope. Tried everything that has been suggested. Nothing changed. Still cannot get any type of "hover" drop down box to work.

Sorry, that's all I can think of.

Thank you jscher2000! Consider my problem solved! I disabled the touch screen driver under device manager & then the drop down menu works correctly.

Is this touchscreen issue a Firefox issue? Or is there something in how these websites are being created?

Good question. My guess is that Firefox is treating certain code used by sites as either/or: either touch or mouse but not both. I think some other browsers allow using the mouse in place of touch to work around the inconsistencies. I haven't researched whether anyone has filed a "bug" for this.
