My firefox is crashing.
It happens after i downloaded a file which turns to be a virus, firefox got crashed and now not opening after reinstall. It opens when i start PC in safe mode. But in normal mode firefox is not opening. I had deleted all the files which got downloaded besides virus and scan the PC. All the trojan file were deleted. But still firefox is not opening. Also the crash report is failing to send the report.

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
