Icons must have text! Not everyone can manage pictogrammes. Various reasons for this, not least being vision problems.

This is not an issue of being inflexible to change. Some people are unable to function without text for identification. Icons need to have three options. Text. Text under icon. Icon. This was previously available, and MUST be returned to the interface. Likewise, the ability to use pages, not tabs, and to have the tab disappear when it is a single tab, is a function that is necessary. The narrow screens that now exist lack vertical real estate, and anything that wastes that space is a fault, not a perk. Until Firefox fixes these issues, I have ceased using it, and now use other, more adaptable, browsers.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

I was not aware this was not the correct place. I did a search to find a place to post problems, and this is where I ended up. I will use your link as well.

Previously you could use the Classic Theme Restorer extension to have support for such special features. Unfortunately this extension is a Legacy extension and won't work in Firefox 56+.
