Tabs don't close on exit.
When I close Firefox for Android and re-open Firefox, the old tabs from the previous session don't close.
What I have tried:
1. Settings ---> Advanced ---> Restore tabs ---> Don't restore tabs after quitting Firefox. 2. Clearing the Firefox App data, uninstalling Firefox for Android, reinstalling Firefox, and setting the settings as above.
None of the above helps.
Are there any other solutions to this problem?

Are you selecting the correct app? There is no way for Firefox to persist data on Android when uninstalled.
I am not able to reproduce this behavior. Swipe closing Firefox closes the tabs. See this video about the expected behavior of the setting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6t0vpznOcY
