Firefox crashing repeatedly out of the blue, please help

Yesterday my FF started crashing repeatedly after cleaning my flash cache. It now is crashing on any site I visit, whether there is flash on there or not. My IE8 is also having to recover webpages but not as often as FF. I have well over 30 crashes since yesterday, I will list some of them here: XPCJSStackFrame::ToString(char**) nsCycleCollector::MarkRoots(GCGraphBuilder&) JSCompiler::~JSCompiler() js_GetGCThingTraceKind TraceRecorder::import(TreeInfo*, nanojit::LIns*, unsigned int, unsigned int, unsigned int, JSTraceType_*) These are just some of the signatures reported for my crashes, hopefully someone can help soon. I have never had a problem with FF until yesterday, hopefully this is an easy fix, and I am unsure why my IE8 is also crashing, but not as bad as FF.

same thing but it crashes only when i go to certain websites[like yahoo,cant check mail :(]
