Google has started redirect and jump to the wrong web sites after a search......when trying to go to search results. Tried Stopzilla and Malwarebytes and boot scans with Avast....Still the same...... All found and destroyed many items .... Sad to say IE 8 works fine

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs.
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.

See also "Spyware on Windows": http://kb.mozillazine.org/Popups_not_blocked and What to do when searches take you to the wrong search website

If you can't fix it with the above listed scanners then you need to ask advise on one of the forums that specialize in malware removal mentioned in the Popups_not_blocked article.

I fixed this problem by removing temporary Java files and programs. In Windows 7 - Start -> Control Panel -> Programs -> Java -> Temporary Internet Files (bottom pane of first panel) -> Settings -> Delete Files -> OK. No more redirect problems. YMMV, but it's a harmless thing to try as a quick first step. Takes about 30 seconds.
