Sorry, Firefox for Android is only available on phones with ARMv7 processors. I don't think the current version Firefox is compatible with the LG Vortex. For more information, see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android#System_Requirements

Firefox for Android is not yet compatible with Adobe Flash. You can download Flash from the Android Market and use it with the built-in browser in Android 2.2 and later.
