How can I get my mouse tilt-wheel to scroll left and right (like it does in other apps)?

If I use my mouse's tilt-wheel, the cursor moves left or right. But I want it to scroll the page left or right the same way the wheel scrolls the page up and down. I only have this issue with Firefox- it works fine in other applications.
