Do you have empty toolbars?

  • View > Toolbars

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

I just checked again. With all of the various virus programs I ran I must have deleted it. It no longer shows up in the details list of my system info in Firefox. Thanks for your help.
