When I leave my computer for a period of time and come back I notice that the Firefox Windows I had open and now closed. When I open Firefox again I see that my menu and bookmark toolbar are missing each time. Also if I go into my bank website my usernames are missing. They only go missing when I see my toolbars are also gone.

I did the reset and still having the same issue. It only if I leave it alone for a period of time. Does not happen when I am using Firefox.

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that works.

Turned out to be Registry Mechanic causing the issue.
