The versions beyond v22 do not open my works (Southwest Airlines) website properly. How can I fix this or download v22?
When on my works (Southwest Airlines) website I try to open my scheduled trip by clicking on an icon. This is suppose to open another window with details of the scheduled trip. The versions beyond v22 do not open this new window. (nothing happens). I want to either fix this or reinstall v22 which I no longer have. Where do I download v22 or how do I solve this issue

Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.
(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)
- On Windows you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- On Mac you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the option key while starting Firefox.
- On Linux you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by quitting Firefox and then going to your Terminal and running: firefox -safe-mode (you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
- Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.
Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.
To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the Clear now button.
Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Computerwhiz, Thanks but neither of those solutions solved my problem. Do you have any other ideas, or do you know where I can safely download version 22?
Mozilla stores copies of all old versions of Firefox, but for security reasons, they are not recommended for general browsing...
There are changes in each version of Firefox related to support for styles and scripts, and your work site may not have been updated to work in Firefox 23 and later. Have they confirmed that one way or the other?
If the site support says it should work in Firefox 25, could you check whether the site has permission to open pop-up windows? To check permissions, you can use the Page Info dialog, accessible from any of these places:
- right-click the page > View Page Info
- click the padlock or globe in the address bar > More Information
(the drop-down from the address bar may show non-default permissions; this is new and I'm not sure how comprehensive it is) - Tools menu > Page Info
Click the Permissions tab, scroll down to Open Pop-up Windows, and make sure you have it on Allow.
(Add-ons also can block pop-up windows. However, reproducing in Safe Mode tends to rule out that possibility.)
You can download any older versions from this website, but as said above we do NOT recommend using them because of some known security issues.
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
- Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
- In the Firefox options window click the Advanced tab, then select "General".
- In the settings list, you should find the Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
- Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:
