Whether in Gmail, WeTransfer or Facebook I can't upload any files. As soon as I try to attached, upload etc Firefox locks up and the File Upload window says (not responding). I've tried using Firefox safe mode but that doesn't change anything. I tried it in Windows Safe Mode with Networking and it worked fine. I use Windows 7.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.

These are the most recent Report IDs there don't seem to be any that start bp despite Firefox crashing multiple times this evening.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox several times

Crash IDs are supposed to have the bp prepended to it. When the Mozilla Crash Reporter window comes up, do you click Restart Firefox, Quit Firefox, or just press the X at the top?

See the attached pictures, first I get "Firefox is not responding" then if I press "Wait for the program to respond" I get the second picture, "File Upload (Not Responding)". If I press the x on the "file upload" box I go back to the "Firefox is not responding". So eventually I press "Close the program". Then it say Windows is trying to find a solution and then that disappears and I'm back to my desktop.
