Your support page only lists instructions for Outlook 2007. How do I import Outlook 2010 to Thunderbird including retaining all old emails? Thanks!

Could you provide a link to the support page in question?

I rather think that the version of Outlook may be irrelevant...but without knowing what you have read, I can't be sure.

Thank you. The search on this site is useless.

Have you tried using the procedure as described? I don't see anything there that is specific to Outlook 2007. The reference to it almost certainly just reflects which version of Outlook was current when the article was written.

If it works with Outlook 2010 let me know and I may be able to update the article.

I'm just trying TB24.5.0 with Outlook 2010 here on Windows 7. Import seems to work, but I have to choose each "type of material" category one at a time; it doesn't appear to like the "Import Everything" option.
