Dear Sir/Madam

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Muneeb Mirza and I am part of the IT License & Asset Management Department at Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I am writing this email with regards to Firefox and Firefox for Mobile Devices. The IT Senior Management has decided to use Firefox as one of the main Web and Application Browser in Windows Platforms. However; before moving on to Firefox, the IT Senior Management would like clarification on using Firefox for the Enterprise. We would like to understand

1) What are the license implications for using Firefox for Desktops and Mobile Devices for an Enterprise like STC? 2) If Firefox is licensed for Enterprises then what are the costs for the licenses for 18,000 users? 3) What Enterprise Level Support is provided by Mozilla for issues related to Firefox and what are the respective Annual Support costs? 4) How can STC be informed of patches/upgrades to the software? 5) What is the Roadmap for Firefox over the next 3-5 years?

Your prompt response in this would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions regarding these queries then please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kindest Regards

Muneeb Mirza

Dear Muneeb.

Thank you for choosing firefox as the broswer. You have made thw right choice sincefirefox is open source and free.Which means you can download it for free of cost.We offer no paid support. It is supported by dynamic volunteer communty.Yes your company can enjoy browsing free of cost. And faster secure browsing. There are some third party companys offering paid support though. And regarding the updates firefox gets updated automatically And for the roadmap firefox will always remain free and opensource. We value your feedback Thank you

If you ever have any troubles or issues using Firefox, you can come to this forum and ask a question.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.

See https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/ for enterprise-related information. There is a mailing list people can answer your questions.
