In Firefox many buttons I click/select don't give response. Nothing happens.

Here's a example of the code of a button that don't respond.: <a class="button ajax" href="?startdate=24-05-2015&periode8231=3"> Volgende </a>

I'm using the newest version of firefox Does anybody have an idea what the poblem could be?

Thanks, Dany

What are the names of the buttons? Are they Firefox or add-on buttons?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode; Press the <Alt Key> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar.. Then Tools > Options > Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Me dumb ass. It was a add-on. But adblock plus wasn't the problem. That was a Youtube video downloader. weird ;$
