Hi Mozilla Support!

I have Mavericks OSX 10.9.2 and I keep getting prompted to upgrade my Firefox to the latest version. Whenever I try to download the new version, I just get this screen forever: http://screencast.com/t/DQppotpT I have several colleagues on the same OSX that are having the same issue. We too are support for a software application so it's pretty important that we are up to date.

Thanks in advance for your help in getting this issue resolved. :)

If this error happens, please just go to www.getfirefox.com, and download and install the latest version over your current version. Sometimes the updater acts up like this.
