I received a message from someone using RTL direction as their default locale in Outlook. Their mail itself is in LTR direction, created managed by individual tags like this:

But I use Thunderbird to write emails, and my locale is default LTR. Now when I reply to their message, other Outlook users see my message in the RTL direction. It's as if all the Outlook recepients are ignoring any direction set in my email and instead rely on the default style provided by the original Outlook.

Always the Writing mail will be consider, whether its RTL or LTR direction.

However your sending an email, same way user receives the email.
