Every since I upgraded to Version 30, if I go to a web page and type in anything. It opens 3-4 tabs wanting to upgrade or download other software.

It opens tabs and wants me to upgrade firefox to Version 25.0.1. And when I clicked in this box it opened a tab and wanted me to upgrade computer, it also opened a tab to and 855 number claiming to be Mozilla firefox support help line.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good add blocker.

As a quick first check you might try disabling your extension Plus-HD-9.4 0.94.106.

Someone will come along shortly with detailed advice on various malware scans.
