So I am curently using windows 7 and have Firefox as my default browser. I also have Firefox Synce Enabled and logged in all the time. Iam considering to upgrade to Windows 8.1 and on that windows I wan't again firefox to be my default browser. So here's the question: After I install Firefox on new windows and log in with my existing account (Firefox Sync) , will all my info with login credentials like Usernames/Emails and password be synced too? Thanks for answering!

If you set up Firefox Sync more than a month ago you should upgrade to the new Firefox Sync. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-update-to-the-new-firefox-sync

The new Sync will work as you expect. With your user name and password you can retrieve your bookmarks and history.

Though if you upgrade the operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 8 your user data such as Firefox bookmarks and such should be preserved (though only if you upgrade and even then it is good to make a backup of important data).
