You can find the latest Flash player versions for Firefox on this page:

Note that if you have a 32-bit Firefox version then you need the 32-bit Flash version and vice verse for 64-bit versions.

Adobe has stopped supporting Flash on Linux and provides only security update and Flash Player 11.2.202.394 is the latest version.
