Firefox browses 1 or 2 pages then goes unresponsive. I have tried a clean install - removing the local/mozilla folder and re-installing. Still an issue. This is running on a Terminal server 6 core Opteron instance at Rackspace on Win Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.

The program firefox.exe version 30.0.0.5269 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

Chosen solution

Your crash report ID is invalid. Can you give us any more crash reports?

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.

If only I could get Firefox to create one.

All in all it looks like a profile issue. Seems logging off and back in cleared it up. Rather odd but it is Windows so who knows. Ugh.
