This pops up hundreds of times a day. It only pops up on Firefox and not Chrome. It isn't listed in my programs, so I can't uninstall it. I will not open it because i don't know if it's spyware and my Firefox is up to date. I am only using Chrome until I can get a fix for this.

hello, you might have malicious addons present. please perform all these steps:

  1. reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
  2. afterwards go to the firefox menu New Fx Menu > addons > extensions and in case there are still extensions listed there, disable them.
  3. finally run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to make sure that adware isn't present in other places of your system as well.
