hi i just read about adding multiple emails in thunderbird .I wanted to add multiple emails ids on a single PC but i want to have such an option that even though any of these email ids delete any mails on their server it cant delete them on thunderbird?? Can you help me with that??

You could setup a filter rule to copy all incoming emails to a local folder, this is also achieved using the Message Archives settings, under Tools > Account Settings > Copies and Folders > Message Archives.
