When Mozilla sends me their occasional emails, they use the address I originally sent them. I need to delete the old address and give them a new one to use to correspond with me. How do I notify them to change that email address? Thanks.

At the top of all Mozilla.org pages is your user name. This is a link to your profile.

Make sure you change all web sites you are on.
