Hello If a question doesn't get answered by the community, or if I have something specific to ask, or it's something I don't want to ask everyone about, is it possible to actually email the staff about it to get a solution? With regards the community - how long am I supposed to wait for a reply? Some matters/questions need a fast response; esp if it's security related - are ordinary users permitted to ask the staff or is that only for commerical users? If I could email staff with a query how do I do it as it seems the community is the only place open to me? Thank you.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.

I'm not aware of a way to transfer pop-up exceptions from IE to Firefox, so you would have to click the pop-up block icon on the location/address bar if pop-ups are blocked that you need to rebuild the list.

Or see if you can save this list in IE and create a file that you can import with this extension.
