I had the download helper and flash video downloader buttons in my toolbar, but they disappered when the browser upgraded to the latest version. I looked in the tools menu and found both extensions to be still active, however I cannot manage to reinstate their buttons in the toolbar. Anyone can help?

Did you look in the Menu Panel > Customize for those buttons?

Yes I did. Problem is I didn't find either button ( download helper or flash video downloader) there. Where are they?

You can check for problems caused by a corrupted localstore.rdf file.

You can try to reset the browser.uiCustomization.state pref on the about:config page via the right-click context menu to the default value.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
