Outlook calendar has an Automatic Formatting feature that adds catagories and colors to an event based on keywords. For example, when I enter "golf" the event is green; "travel or "return" is blue, etc.

Is something like this planned for Lightning? Can it already do it, but I haven't found it yet?

There isn't such a feature yet.
