This thread closed in Dec 2013, and I was referred to it doing a google search. I do not have Mozillla, and it is not available on the public computers at the Library I am using in Fresno California. Patrons have a choice of Chrome and Internet Explorer, but Mozilla did provide an answer that worked. I could not find a download using Yahoo Mail using Chrome. It simply disappeared after downloading to my computer. Mozilla suggested using a different web browser, so I accessed by Yahoo Mail through Explorer, and had no trouble downloading the large pdf file and saving it to my memory stick. So Thank You Mozilla for solving my problem. I know have "ammunition" to suggest to the Head Librarian that they use Mozilla instead of Chrome as the default web browser for about 300 public computers in Fresno County.
