Need to stop auto playing of any media adds while I'm browsing the web using Firefox. I would like to be asked before any adds start playing video or sound, similar to Chrome's add control feature.

Please install;

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it


Also, go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good add / pop-up blocker.

Use plugins click-to-play, and switch it back to being per item instead of per site with the extension Click To Play Per Element.
