Have IMAP account running our email with loads of folders

Have simply moved mail server from one IP to another, all files have been moved/migrated via Plesk on server using MailEnable. Problem we have now is that thunderbird does not download the IMAP folders from the new server just the inbox.

Have tried deleting config files from remote server and also from C:\Users\MAILACC\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\w5q4q5qf.default\ImapMail\MAILACC etc and still nothing just inbox shows

Any help would be great

Chosen solution

Fixed the problem myself its nothing to do with syncing folders you need to do the following:

Click the account tab on the left it will then show summary page on the right and click the "Manage folder subscriptions" button this will then allow you to show the folders you need from the IMAP server.

God knows why thunderbird hides them all automatically

Hope this helps someone else
